Additional Background to HeathWallace Ltd.

HeathWallace designs and develops usable and accessible web sites and Intranets for large organizations.
Our starting point is always the user and this is the key to the success we have had in delivering projects for
some of the largest financial services companies and leading brands in the world. Some of our clients
include HSBC, Standard Chartered, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Octopus.

We recruited the liveliest minds in research, customer journeys, design and technology; fusing their skills to
create a team of people to do extraordinary things. In our 8 year history, we have developed strong
understanding of the varying needs of clients and have an exemplary track record of delivering effective
Websites and Intranets for many complex organizations. Working in partnership with our clients, we have
been able to make massive positive impact in the way they communicate, sell and connect with their clients
and employees.

We always start with trying to understand how and why people are using an online service and what they
would like to be doing. We then look to match that with the strategic objectives of our clients. We have found
that driving requirements from what people actually need is the only way of building a successful solution.

We have an exemplary track record and are very proud of our reputation for consistently creating internet
sites that exceed client and customer expectations. Our methodology is a structured yet flexible process,
which allows us to morph our development lifecycle around the needs of our clients’ projects.

Our capabilities include:

Consultancy: We recognize that partnership with our clients is the key to our success, and understand that
digital channels are primarily about people, not technology.

Research: This is vital to understanding how and why an audience interacts with a site, and helps accurately
define what users are really looking for from an online experience.

Information Architecture: Investing time to develop accurate information architecture creates a complete
map of user journeys, which are aligned to the needs of the audience and your business objectives.

Design: To develop a successfully branded online experience requires particular skill and insight, especially
for financial services. Our designers look to design simple, straightforward solutions that demonstrate a
company’s brand in action.

Technology: We often work with clients’ existing legacy systems and have a flexible approach to technology,
which means that we can deliver on almost all platforms. Our code is always clean, efficient and compliant
with all accessibility requirements.

Training and support: We often provide training and support to ensure that sites can be maintained on an
on-going basis. This has taken the form of workshops, seminars and formal training sessions.
