Job Description:
As a User Experience Researcher (用户体验研究员) you will be responsible for taking a leadership role on our User Interface & Information Architecture team to enhance the user experience (用户体验) of our websites and strengthen the company brand.

In this respect, you will play a key role in conducting user research
(用户体验研究) & testing (可用性测试), establishing appropriate information architecture (信息结构), and liaising with technical teams and business stakeholders to achieve the above results on time & within budget.

We expect that you will have a University Degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited University and a significant proven track record in success (at least 1 year) in, information architecture (信息结构), and user research (用户体验研究) / usability (可用性) work. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of relevant methodologies & tools is expected.

Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

We are looking for a Mainland Chinese native to fill this position because you will be working on websites that target the Mainland China market.

This position is based in Shenzhen.
