Job: Usability, User Experience Professional - Bunnyfoot Asia

Bunnyfoot Asia (www.bunnyfoot.asia) is a leading Usability and User Centred Design
agency. We are seeking an experienced Usability, User Experience professional for
our new office in Hong Kong. Candidates must be well-versed in usability testing
and user experience design. The ideal candidate should have a background in
usability testing, interaction design, information architecture and/or experimental or
cognitive psychology. He/She should be a self-starter, detail-oriented and excel at
multitasking and prioritizing competing requirements.

Education

• A degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Business or related discipline is highly desirable. A Masters or PhD is ideal.

User experience practitioner skills

• Experience with a range of user centred design / User experience methods used to gather qualitative and quantitative data to inform design and to evaluate designs such as: contextual inquiry, scenario development and task analysis, user testing, expert review, focus groups, card sorting, survey development and analysis, competitive analysis, etc.

• Experience planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting formal and informal user testing and studies. 2+ years experience desirable

• Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely deliver actionable recommendations from user experience studies to stake holders

• Previous experience with wire framing / prototyping tools such as Axure; and other UCD software tools (remote user testing, tree testing or card sorting tools etc) a plus

• Design experience in Information Architecture, Interaction Design and/or Visual Design a plus

• Show a good understanding of current technology, awareness of current trends and production methods in usability, tools and industry standards

• Desirable but not mandatory: experience with Eyetrackers, and Morae.

• Strong ability to organize and prioritize while working on multiple, simultaneous projects of varied size and complexity.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, outstanding writing and presentation skills

• Mentoring, training, management, strong management, leadership and coaching skills

• Industry involvement and ongoing learning
  

Languages

• Proficient in English and Cantonese

• Mandarin is a plus
