The Hong Kong UPA Chapter welcomes Adie Hart, an accessibility expert from the UK.

Accessibility is about making the internet accessible and usable to everyone. With laws passed in the UK and US, website accessibility has moved into the mainstream of website design. Now there are ethical, legal and business motivations for ensuring your site is accessible.

Biography:
Adie Hart is an Accessibility Consultant from the UK with a background in Web Design. He has lived in HK for one year now. Previous to arriving in HK Adie provided accessibility advice and worked as a Communications Consultant providing clients with user orientated online communication strategies and roadmaps.

Adie has worked in the UK with large private and public sector organisations, these include UBS Warburg, the Teacher Training Agency and the Ministry of Defence.
