You’re Actually Improving the Product The Hong Kong UPA Chapter welcomes Kevin Cheng, an independent user experience expert currently working in Hong Kong. This iterative cycle has been established as an effective process for product development but how do we know if we are actually improving the product through each cycle? Usability benchmarking is a simple technique to measure the measurable and definitively inform whether critical tasks are being impacted positively or negatively with each design cycle.
